Welcome to the Community Academy of Stage & Theatre, a cornerstone of cultural enrichment in Williamsport and its surrounding areas. With over 45 years of performances "by the community, for the community," our theatre has established itself as one of the premiere entertainment venues. Our journey from a traveling troupe performing in church basements and recreation halls to our current home has been marked by a commitment to delivering top-notch entertainment and educational programs.

Upcoming Events:

We are excited to host an all-ages Master Class prior to our next concert, where attendees will have the unique opportunity to work on audition and performance techniques. Gain insights from one of Broadway’s brightest stars and observe a professional at work. This Master Class, which is also open to audience members who prefer to watch and learn, will have tickets on sale starting December 2nd.

CTL Speaks Podcast:

Educational Programs:

We offer a variety of educational programs designed to promote and encourage local youth to get involved in musical theatre and drama. Our ‘Behind the Curtain’ After-School Classes are back, providing quality educational programming for students from Kindergarten through 12th grade.

The Penguin Project®:

This inclusive program is open to individuals aged 11 to 22 with developmental disabilities, including cognitive, learning, motor, hearing, and visual impairments, as well as genetic and neurological disorders. We are proud to offer this opportunity for everyone to experience the joy of theatre.
