I explained the problem to his son Christopher , also co owner , that handles most of the labor. He took the time to explain to me the issue in terms I understood, being a woman it can be intimidating, and very easy to be taken advantage of but this was NOT the case. I left my truck and unpon returning I was very happy to find it was done sooner than I expected and at much less of a bill than the 3 previous shops I had been quoted from.I have been to them a few more times since and will return anytime I need service. The shop did great and very reliable work with no issues and they even offers me coffee! I highly recommend Utica Lincoln garage to anyone looking for fair, reliable,and very appreciative customer service. It’s been a long time since I’ve found a place I could trust!!
