"I had a return for Amazon - went to Apalachin where I usually take my UPS packages and found out they closed the store. Instead of going all the way to Vestal - google told me there was a UPS location in Owego. This place is such a dump and against my better judgement I left my package to be returned. The women couldn’t give me a receipt and said I could use my tracking number Amazon gave me. I still haven’t received a confirmation e-mail about my return which is always instantly sent once the package is checked in. I am in such shock that this place is considered an adequate place of business. There were sooooo many packages - literally floor to ceiling - like they are HOARDING them. I guess I will be out of some money - but I will never go back. So disturbing."

AMAZON CUSTOMERS: It is indeed FREE to return your prime purchases, but you MUST box it yourself *and* have the label printed! If you do not have a printer, Amazon can send you a label on request!"

"Dropped off Amazon prime pkg to be mailed. They don’t give you a receipt. Told my husband he could take a picture. Now not showing on Amazon it has been shipped. This place needs to be looked into. Very shady."

"Have known these people since I moved to Owego, 14 years, and find them professional and always helpful. They do not get paid by UPS or any other pre-paid label shipper to be a drop point. They charge a small reasonable convenience fee to secure and store your package until the shipper picks it up. If you do not like to pay the fee, you can chase down a UPS truck, or pay UPS to pick it up from your home.... or drive to Binghamton, Vestal..."
