Welcome to the Lyle G. Hall Community Pool, a cherished local destination for fun, fitness, and community engagement. Located conveniently at 120 N Mill Ave in Ridgway, PA, our pool offers a variety of programs and activities tailored to meet the needs of our community.

Summer Program:

Our exciting summer program runs from 9 a.m. to 12 Noon, offering a morning full of games, activities, craft projects, and surprise guests. A free lunch is served daily from 11:20 to Noon to all participants. This program is open to children from kindergarten through 8th grade, while high school students (9th through 12th grade) have the opportunity to earn Community Service Hours by assisting with the program.

Program Schedule:

- June: 4, 5, 6; 11, 12, 13 (No Program); 18, 19, 20; 25, 26, 27

- July: 2, 3; 9, 10, 11; 16, 17, 18

- Locations: Tuesday and Thursday at O.B. Grant Park, Wednesday at Olson Park.

Memberships:

Family memberships are available and cover immediate family members only (Mother, Father, Sisters, and Brothers). Babysitters and Grandparents can purchase an Individual or Non-swimmer membership. Membership cards are required for each visit. Note that memberships do not include special events such as night swims, but members will receive a reduced rate for these events.

Pool Rentals and Swim Lessons:

We offer pool rentals and swim lessons. For more information, please contact the YMCA at 814-776-1146.

Community Pool Hours:

- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm

- Wednesday: 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Weather Policy:

As we are in pop-up storm season, we have specific protocols to ensure the safety of our patrons:

- If it storms before opening, our guards will be on standby and will open the pool as soon as it is safe.

- During open hours, if thunder or lightning occurs, the pool will close for 30 minutes. Patrons must stay away from the pool area.

- If the storm persists, the 30-minute closure will continue until the weather is safe.

- If a storm hits after 5:00 pm on weekdays or 3:00 pm on weekends, the pool will close for the day.

- In the event of a total washout, the pool will close for the day but may reopen if conditions improve.
