So they then charged me 60 for an originally 45$ set for there mistakes."

"Horrible from the moment I down in Kim’s chair. Pushing me to buy knock off hats. More attention on selling hats then paying attention to my request for a French manicure. Kim applied the white nail tips instead of the required clear tip for a FRENCH Manicure. Then became rude when I questioned it. Started taking off the white tips with clippers then soaking my hand in a bowl of ACID TONE. After the wrong tips were removed. I had to pull my hand away to let her know I needed to wash the ACID TONE OFF MY FINGERS! UNBELIEVABLE! Kim applied the correct tips, then she grabbed my cell phone and purse and told me I was moving. She placed me in front of the man. He acted like he had never heard of a French manicure. Once he applied the acrylic he started to apply a clear coat. My nails were showing through. I had to let him know I wanted a base coat and white tips to the point I had to google a FRENCH MANICURE before he got it. Horrible treatment, my nails looks sooooo bad and sooooo fake. Charged me $45.00. No Tip! Never will I go back! They shouldn’t even be in Business!"

"The people were very friendly but within a few days one nail popped off, a few days later another. I finally just popped them all off, before my 2 week fill apt, and dealt with it. While the kindness & care the employees put in was appreciated, the poor quality of the products was not. My tech said he had been doing nails 20 years so ill chalk it up to quality of products & not the work, but either way, save ur hard earned money! This is not the place to spend it!!"
