"Have gone 2 times and my kids love it. The aqua park is amazing! They also tried the body surfing yesterday and had a blast. The instructors Tim and Luke were wonderful working with my kids. They were very encouraging and attentive and my kids learned a lot from them. It is a little pricey along with every other place on Long Island (they should do away with the $10 spectator fee) but my kids had a blast so it was worth it! Will definitely go back soon"
"The floating obstacle course is amazing and the kids loved it. It is a time based activity with 1-hour and 2-hour time slots. The indoor facility had a surfing facility which can be purchased in 30-minute increments. Other indoor activities include minigolf, axe throwing, laser tag, and an arcade that is a la carte."
"Overall very neat and clean, but it is brand new. Our group dropped almost $600 for 1 hour outdoor water park, 1 round on the "bumper boats" and unlimited lasertag, ax throwing etc. Charging "spectators" is whack. Food was also not great, and expensive. This was our first time using the outdoor park, and it was cool but felt dubious with lackluster oversight."
"This place is awesome!!!! I came with my family, friends and two 6 year olds. We first did the water park for an hour. The water was clean, warm, and refreshing!! I worried about it being too cold or gross but it was absolutely perfect. The kids enjoyed every single slide and obstacle as much as we did. The place is truly a hidden gem. After we went indoors and we did the surf pool, rock climbed, played mini golf, threw the ax, the kids also rock climbed and enjoyed numerous activities. Let me not forget the food! It was excellent!! Surprisingly we loved every dish and the prices were great!.We all cannot wait to go back!"
"Cute place with activities like none other around, however customer service could be better. Besides check in NONE of the employees engaged or provided information. Was just like ok go to the beach, passed several lifeguards and other employees who were just talking amongst themselves. No overview it was basically grab a life jacket and you're on your own. I guess it's fine for regulars but not for people visiting the 1st time. I don't know maybe I was expecting too much, and I know the staff comprises of teens and younger adults, but I'm a manager in retail and being friendly and greeting customers and engaging is a key aspect for revolving business. You know to actually make your guests feel welcome?"
