"We had such an easy and nice experience working with North Fork Trolley. The trolley is so nice! Everything went so smooth the day of our wedding with the schedule. The driver was very nice to work with. He even stayed 25 minutes later at the end of the night to assure everyone who wanted to take the trolley to the hotel got on. We are so happy we booked them."

"Terrible customer service. The Website is VERY misleading. It states that children under 6 need a ticket so I purchased tickets for 2 one year olds, only to find out that children under 2 do not need a ticket and they would not refund me the money. Thank you North Fork Trolley for making me out $120. Crystal was very unhelpful. She claimed “their system” doesn’t allow for reimbursement YET the website states that if the trolley is unable to operate a full refund will be given to all passengers. Funny how the system allows for it when it’s convenient for them. Go to Whippany NJ for their Polar Express Experience…they are kind and understanding and the train is way better then the trolley."

"We had a bad experience and lost our time and money. The day of the event we arrived on time at the address that we received on the reservation confirmation. It turned out that they have sent us the wrong address making it impossible for us to attend the show that day. They didn’t apologize for their mistake, didn’t offer to reschedule for the 4 of us, and finally told us they don’t do refunds! We never got the opportunity experience the North Fork Trolley. Since then, no one is anwering our emails. Poor customer service, not professional at all."
