"Since I started working in Shirley, I have been coming to AE auto service for more than three years. My first flat tire happened at 6 p.m. in the evening. Despite the fact that it was late, the guy did not turn me away. The mechanic fixed the leak immediately after checking it. The second time was when I needed a NYS inspection, which took less than 25 minutes. The third time I rebalance my tires was when I felt slight vibrations. Rather than making me wait, they took care of my car right away. I am so glad that I discovered this shop in Shirley, NY because they offer great customer service and care. Kudos to everyone there, great work attitude, polite and caring."

"Disappointed been using them for years I have had good service for the most part. But I quess they are not busy enough that day end i was the victim so they can turn a profit went for inspection and guy looked at my front tires and went and got the other owner. That told me they could have passed it but was looking to make some quick money tires look really good not like new but no visible signs of wear Told me I needed 2 new front tires I have been working on cars my whole life and I'm actually a certified small engine mechanic. But that's besides the point I've sent them and gave them tons of business over the years but they are getting grimy for some reason I actually like both of the owners .I have been told by one of the former workers when he was working there about these tactics they use and I didnt believe it because it never happened to me before they tried overcharging a couple times but I was always able to get a price that we both agreed on. Go to Azion Auto Service its right next door 4.8 (96) stars 3+ years in business honest guy no matter what kind of a day he is having it really bothers me to give this review but they earned it"
