"This place is a ripp off. They never have the oil you want instead they make us pay for the expensive oil instead. Now my car is shaking more and more from something they must of did."

"The place reeked of pot when I drove up. Came in for "signature service" which is supposed to include oil and filter change, check the air filter, check tire pressure, top off wiper fluid, check wiper blades, check serpentine belt, check radiator fluid level and top off if needed, brake fluid levels, check exterior lights and possibly more. They changed my filter (I assume), filled my oil, closed the hood and started to write up my bill. I had to remind the "service manager" to top off my wiper fluid, check my tire pressure, check air filter. They topped off my fluid, pumped my tires up to 36PSI (they're only supposed to be 32) closed my hood and proceeded to bill me for $90 dollars. Signature service price plus tax for high mileage oil. I showed a $10 coupon and the guy looked annoyed. I certainly will not be bringing either one of my cars here anymore. Nasty complaint letter to Jiffy lube corporate to follow. 6/30/24- So update to my review. The franchise owner got in touch with me several weeks later and gave me a full refund and of course apologized and said he'd talk to his employees and make things better. Still not going to make me go there again. I went to Valvoline in Medford and even though it is 5 miles away, the experience was so much better. Clean, professional, great communication from the employees as to what they were doing and what they wanted to do. Prices are about the same and I'll be back there again"

"Poor customer service! Today, I went to Jiffy Lube as I usually do with my vehicles - this time with my 2004 Chevy Avalanche 2500. A mechanic guides me in, the guy underneath can't find my filter cap (no big deal). However, the mechanic up top (young guy) yells, "Okay, so what do you want to do? Want me to send this guy away? I don't care, no problem, I'll send this guy away. What do you want me to do?" All this while the more mature mechanic looks for the senior guy to help find the filter cap. This was also after the same "childish" mechanic continually shouted Jamaican slang/ profanity (which was kinda funny) but still not the kind of public reputation Jiffy Lube should want. After they find the cap, they tell me I need to go buy an oil filter because they don't carry the one they need. Usually, I wouldn't care about these minor things, but I couldn't shake off the lack of regard for a pressing mechanical issue my car was having and a sheer lack of professionalism handling my case. As a customer and business professional, I'd be ashamed of this level of workmanship and not something I'd want around my store. I've decided, since I didn't hear any response from the manager at the moment this occurred that I'll never go back to this location. I'm taking my services to Mavis down the road."

"Caleb and nick were awesome gabe also asked about my tires, wipers and oil before i got in the building the oil change was fast and i now know all my recommendations based on mileage great crew here at selden location ill never go somewhere else again"

"Went in for a full synthetic oil change for my mini van today. Staff was very friendly. There was a slight issue with to much oil previously in the vehicle that they found when they drained it. They came and explained it all to me, which I found very helpful because I honestly don't know much about cars. Will definitely go back to this location again."
