"Being at the Bristol of Mt. Sinai has been a wonderful experience for my 92 y/o Uncle. The staff is kind and helpful, his fellow residents are welcoming and enjoyable to be around, we could not be happier."
"When my mother was given less than 48 hours notice of discharge from a rehab facility, I called The Bristal in Mt. Sinai for help. Jennifer, Director of Community Relations and Ryan, Community Relations Coordinator answered all my questions, put all my concerns at ease, and Jennifer guided us through a tour of The Bristal including memory care. At the end of the tour, she recommended a perfect solution for our situation, the Trusted Transitions program. They helped me quickly move my mother into a beautiful, fully furnished room that had everything she needed, and the paperwork was easily done online. My mother was able to continue physical therapy and have a supportive team including Nicole and Darlene on the wellness team, Debbie with case management, and Gail, Patricia, and Leanna who always helped when I called and were so kind. I am thankful to Jennifer and Ryan for making the move from rehab to The Bristal possible in such a short period of time and to everyone for being so welcoming to my mother when she arrived!"
"Such a great visit! What a nice feeling you get even when you are pulling into the parking area- feels like a true neighborhood. The North Shore is always so beautiful, especially here in Mount Sinai- you even get a peach pastry with a card talking about the history of the property it is built on. Each room is more beautiful than the next- clean and was pleasantly surprised at the size of the apartments- Jen was wonderful!"
"The Bristal at Mt Sinai is a wonderful community for my dad. He's been welcomed, cared for, and supported through a challenging year by a friendly, loving staff and a community of seniors who have become his close friends. I can't thank the staff and residents enough and am excited for him to begin his 93rd year surrounded by so much love! Thanks to everyone for the warmth, laughter, care and concern which is a gift not just to him, but all of us."
"Having looked at many assisted living places, I am happy to say The Bristal at Mount Sinai is top notch for so many reasons. The building is new, clean, welcoming and also family (and pet) friendly! From the first interactions with different departments, to daily care, recreation programs and trips for shopping, eating, and entertainment, The Bristal does it all. Communication is frequent and greatly appreciated. Housekeeping helps so much, no more household chores! Oh, and the meals, they are delicious! I would strongly encourage you to visit if you are in need for assisted living for your loved one."
