"I never let other people touch my car, especially for something as easy as an oil change. But the used Mitsubishi PHEV that I just bought has a skid plate that I couldn't remove at home. So, after the great reviews for Jiffy Lube in Rocky Point, I decided to go there. Honestly, at first everyone looked too young to work on cars, much less do it efficiently. However, this was definitely a case of "Don't Judge a Book by its Cover". HIGHLY motivated, efficient, and professional. They couldn't do enough for me. They all work together like a well-oiled machine. I had already decided that I would be coming back, when my credit card got caught in a computing loop and double charged me. They went out of their way to fix the problem, and by they, I mean EVERYONE got involved trying to work the problem. I could tell right away that it was an offsite problem and was rectified after a few minutes. They couldn't stop apologizing for a problem that was obviously not their doing, and even cut the price once the problem was resolved, for putting me through the inconvenience of waiting (which was not necessary). So, I will be going there from now on. It is very hard to find honest, hardworking people lately. The crew at Rocky Point Jiffy Lube are the exception. Well done ladies and gentlemen."

"If I could give a minus 5 stars I would. I was in New York and needed a last minute oil change on my 2020 Mazda 3 and went there because I had used before in the past. About 2 months later I find drops on my driveway and took it to a local Valvoline who found drain plug and pan stripped and car has belly pan where oil was pooling and saturating the backing. I called Jiffy Lube corporate and was told it was a franchise and that the franchise would reach out to me. We they reached out and they strung us along for a few weeks. Told us to give them nearest Jiffy Lube so they would have it fixed there. I did and got a call back from rep saying it’s not same franchise and can’t help. They damaged the vehicle and do not stand behind their work. Valvoline put a temp plug in the pan while we were waiting for another option for Jiffy Lube rep to help. I waited another week and emailed him back and he called back and unfortunately “they can’t help with oil pan” since Valvoline opened drain plug. Total nonsense, I work in the car business and we always stand behind our work. If you broke something on a customers car, you fix it. I cannot trust a business that does not stand behind their work. If the temp drain plug fails, the engine will fail. All I ask for is the oil pan to be replaced and they just want to refund my service. Jiffy Lube damaged the car. I just put in another complaint to Jiffy Lube corporate, requesting to talk to someone who will help. I guess it’s gonna have to go to court."
