"The Burger King inside this bolla market is pretty friendly. The place is always clean and the prices are reasonable for a gas station YET the staff for bolla is horribly rude and disrespectful to the max where I am not coming back to Burger King and my kid loves the hamburgers. It’s really too BAD. He should’ve known what it is. Now I’ll do anything in my power to get him fired. His name is Salmon and he really needs to go back to His country. His workers are so friendly which is horribly sad they won’t be seeing us back here!!!!"

"Do not get a car inspection here. I went to them and they told me my car failed. They said I would need repairs in order to pass the inspection. I didn't do the repairs but still had to pay the $37 inspection fee without getting an inspection sticker. Right after this I went to a different mechanic shop and they hooked my car up to the machine. The machine shows my car has passed an inspection, at Bolla mechanics. This mechanic did not even charge me because the car already showed as passed on inspection machine. Bolla mechanics just want to make money off of you based on false information. Do not go to them."

"I just recently wanted to purchase a cup of coffee from this establishment. They had no coffee sleeves to avoid burning your hands so I doubled up on the coffee cup. However, when I went to check out, the cash register person wanted to charge me an extra $1 for the empty cup. The coffee in the cup without the sleeve was extremely hot and there was no way that I was leaving there without an extra cup. The only reason I added the extra cup is because they were out of the coffee sleeves to protect your hands from getting burned. I think this is absolutely horribly disgusting. I would never, never run a business like this. It is not my fault that they do not have sleeves. That is their problem, which they could so simply have easily remedied. I obviously left, and I will never, never, never give the establishment my business because of the way I was treated. They were only concerned with the value of the empty cup and were not all concerned about me potentially having a really bad burn from the hot coffee. You know, I said to them, so would you rather get sued for me getting a burn. It's just really sad and unfortunate that people can actually in their good conscience treat people like this. But you know it all comes back around. And I realize this post is a bit long but maybe it might people think of what good customer service and true values should really be."
