"I called them before the summer, I was told to use their website and make an appointment, so I did exactly that, paid in full, waited 2 months for my appointment, cleared my schedule, took everything out of my car, just to be told they were fully booked up until next year and the website accepted my appointment because of a "tech problem", and for me to schedule another appointment "next year". The only thing they could do for me was give me a refund, so I waited 2 full months while I could have already gotten my car detailed somewhere else"
"I had so rain leakage in my vehicle and was able to schedule a next day internal detailing. They got rid of the excess moisture and any lingering smell. They also did a great job with the rest of the vehicle and took care of my items. They were definitely prompt with their arrival time and service length. Will be booking again for sure!"
"I was looking for a gas spill clean up job as there was a strong odor from the spill all throughout the inside of my car and trunk. Chan was highly responsive and provided a very reasonable quote for the cleaning. Allen was the one who cleaned my car and drove out the very next day to me for the cleaning which involved steaming, shampooing and conditioning the interior. The gas smell is gone and the car is much cleaner. I would highly recommend Clean by Chance!"
