"Put wrong oil in my car! Head machanic put 0-20 oil in my car. Mnaual says 5-30 or 10-30. When i questioned why, he said, "Computer says so..plus 90% of new cars with small engines use it." (Apparently I live in Siberia that I need 0-20 to start my car and it's ok to get 1 out of 10 cars wrong). Well the car is a 2004 2.7l V6. Not new, not small a small engine. Promptly took it down the dealership who put 5-30 in. Also his assistant machanic (who played like he didnt speak english) went to fail our second car for streaky wipers at the same day. (The wipers were OEM and only had a leaf trapped under it) Head guy, "Don't use crappy Costco wipers". Clueless."
