"We were just in the store shopping for vertical blinds. We were served by Anthony. He was most professional, most helpful and, to say the least most kind. It turned out to be a very pleasurable and easy shopping experience thanks in large part to Anthony's fabulous assistance. Gratefully, John and Anna Minichelli We returned on 1/8 to complete order and were assisted by associate Geri. She was most professional and helpful. You don’t find people who are honest and take the time with you now a days. If you need any appliances you need to ask for Eugene to help he will make sure it’s exactly what’s good for you. "Staten Island location for Home Depot hardware superstore. One of the things that stood out to me the most about this Home Depot is that a lot of things are locked up in cases and would need assistance from an employee to get access to purchase. A lot of the items that are locked up are things that probably normally wouldn't be in most other Home Depot locations. There is a large security camera setup in the parking lot. All of this leads me to believe that they have had a lot of theft issues in the past. With that said, most everything in the store is very well stocked. The store is organized well. They have bins for recycling batteries, plastic, and more. There's handicap parking and automated double doors for wheelchair access. There's a dedicated contractor pickup and check out section on site. The Home Depot app can help you research items prior to going to the store - or while you are in it. This can help you locate items, know the pricing, and check inventory stock levels to make sure it will be there when you go to pick it up. There are online store pick up lockers, if you pay for your items ahead of time. That way you don't have to go to a specific aisle and go through the whole purchase process while on location."

"Best out of all Home Depots in Staten Island. Staff is much better than what you find in the two other outlets in the island and have a good selection of products. Unfortunately some associates are lethargic especially when it comes to lumber and forklift."
