"I checked all reviews about this parking lot. Some reviews mentioned that the parking lot increased price randomly. Some reviews said the prices are not posting clearly. I was thinking to park my car at other parking lot, but it is very difficult to find a parking space in this area. Then I decided to give TengRui Parking a chance. After I parked my car in, I saw the prices are disclosed to the customers very clearly. The staffs of the parking lot are very nice and friendly. I will recommend it for my friends."

"The first time I parked here, I stayed at Insignia hotel for one night so I asked the hotel if they have parking. The hotel informed me there is street parking or I can park in the parking garage next door connected to the hotel, which is this parking garage. It was $30 for the night for being a hotel customer. I would say it is reasonable. I tipped the worker $20 because he courteous. Now this time, I stayed for 4 nights at Insignia Hotel. I came in to park my car on Friday around 4PM. I checked out of Insignia on Tuesday at 3PM (paid $60 for late check out with Insignia because I had a 20 hours drive home and wanted to sleep in). I came to get my car at 3PM and the guy working at the window said my total was $189.44. I was very confused because their sign clearly said $30/per night with hotel stay, if checked out before noon. If checked out after noon, there will be additional fees, without indicating exactly what kind of additional fees. I was expecting a 3 hour additional fee for checking out at 3PM instead of noon, which on their sign said $18 for 3 hours. $30 for 4 nights comes out to be $120 plus the SUV charge of $6, plus 3 additional hours of $18 so the total SHOULD be $144 plus tax... instead the worker called his manager and his manager told him that because my checkout time was 3PM, I did not qualify for the hotel occupancy discount so I have to pay the regular fee of $42 per night, even if I stayed at the hotel up until I got my car, without even moving it once. What?!?! Because I have a late check out, I am no longer a hotel customer for the 4 nights I stayed here??? I FEEL SCAMMED!!! I informed the worker that I would pay less to park my car for an extra night and pick it up the next morning because 5 nights of hotel occupancy stay is only $156 plus tax... but instead, I have to pay 4 nights of regular charge even though I stayed at the hotel up until I checked out so it is $42 multiply by 4 nights, SUV charge of $6, and 3 hours after noon, plus tax, totaling $189.44. It makes absolutely no sense! This place is a scam hole. Anyone in their right mind can clearly calculate that I just got overcharged by about $45. Even though $45 will not make me poor and it definitely will not make you rich.. but as a business owner, you should not be practicing such unethical behaviors and make up prices and policies as you go just to overcharge people! You should be ashamed of yourselves! I had a lot of luggage with me and these guys were not trying to listen to how they are not making any sense and since I have a long drive ahead, I paid what they wanted so I can start driving home... but I will never park my car in this garage ever again!"

"This parking lot was by far one of my favorite lots just because of the great service they provided. Everyone wore a big smile on their faces as they greeted me and they were very patient with me. Not to mention the interior is spacious and bright. Everything felt just right and I will be sure to come back whenever I am in the area."
