I would especially like to highlight Jelly and Kelsey, who provided exceptional customer service during my visit. Jelly and Kelsey were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. They both took the time to explain the different wash packages and made recommendations based on what I was looking for. Their positive attitude truly made the experience enjoyable! "I had to go to the car wash two days in a row because construction next door to me coated my family’s cars in absolutely horrifying debris. Even though I do not live in Bayonne, I went to Wash Hounds and was glad I did, because even their most inexpensive option (single wash $11) did the job to restore my cars to sparkly perfection. Plus, I love that no one goes in my cars and instead, I get to control all vacuuming in the end. But best of all, the reason that I wanted to leave a review is the worker named Delilah. I have to say, going to a car wash is always nerve wracking since who knows what damage can ensue, but wow, having Delilah help the moment you get to the front gate is an absolute godsend, as she is by far the sweetest most welcoming young woman I ever met! It is an absolute pleasure dealing with her and made my day! Had been having a bad day and she absolutely turned it around, so thank you! :)"

"Down to 1 star. I canceled my subscription as there isn’t any point in paying for Armor All and not receiving it. Down to 2 stars. I’m paying for the tires to get Armor All, but still haven’t received that service. You be the judge. Pics attached of each tire. It’s ok-nothing special. If you are looking for a basic exterior car wash this might be the place. I have a platinum subscription and after taxes I’m billed around $40.51, which give me unlimited monthly washes. In reality I’m there 3-4 times a month. They don’t do interiors, but have free vacuums which non customers help themselves to so there are times I just drive off instead of waiting. The wash quality is iffy on the front end and rear trunk lid of my car and tho I’m supposed to get the tires armorall’d, there’s often an issue with this. With today none of the tires done. Communicating with these folks is pointless and at signup they didn’t have my information in the system even though I was billed already. Lastly they close due to “mechanical issues” and because this shop is elevated from the roadway you don’t know this until you drive on to the property."

"Pulling into the express car wash, I felt a mix of relief and excitement, knowing my car was about to get a much-needed scrub. Following the simple instructions, I guided my car into position and watched as the automated system went to work. The sound of water jets and brushes filled the air as dirt and grime were washed away, leaving my car looking fresh and clean in just a few minutes. Exiting the wash, I couldn't help but admire the transformation, grateful for the convenience of the express car wash experience."

"Literally one of the worst automatic car washes I have ever been to. Paid $19 for extra stuff and all the machines did was rearrange the dirt, or just not clean it. The dryers don’t even dry the car. Just overall bad experience at this carwash. I could’ve washed my car better than this car wash."
