"Disappointed! I brought my daughters car, who by the way is a college student... for a noise and came out paying $$$$ for misdiagnoses. Also, they changed the parts and never test drove the car. Then found out that the problem was not fixed. So we ended up paying for a service on something that wasn't the problem. I feel they like to blow smoke up your a$$, especially if you are a female. I dont have enough room to explain my whole experience with them. The only good thing was the service is done fast. But even that makes me question if the work is being done right. A little compassion and reassurance goes a long way."

"If I could give this place a zero I would. I went here for a period of over three months. I kept having an alignment issue with my car. The owner Julio kept telling me I needed all this work done for my car to run smooth like I want it. $3000 later and my car is still not running properly. I had to go back SEVERAL times for issues with my oil change sensor and for incomplete services- basically for new issues that have risen after getting my car repaired at this shop. When I picked up my car one time something was put back “too tight” as they say and my car was making an extremely loud screeching noise that wasn’t there when I originally dropped it off. After months of going back to this mechanic and still having issues, I finally decided to just take my care to the Nissan dealership. Only to find that there was NO EVIDENCE that a wheel alignment was ever done, and to find out I have issues with my tires that Nissan said “the mechanic should have recognized immediately” This place took advantage of me, and wasted my time and my money. Additionally, they found that all the parts replaced in my car weren’t even Nissan parts which I paid EXTRA for. They did horrible work and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. They are a bunch of crooks."
