"Avoid! We are now waiting an hour and counting for our car because the lift broke. Mind you, the hotel and this parking garage are not connected. So don’t worry complaining to the hotel staff. We haven’t even seen our car yet but I am hoping there are no scratches. We are out of towners and this has been a huge inconvenience. Park some place else."
"Avoid this parking lot. No one greets you. The office is on the other side of the building, no one tells you about it. We left our car on a Friday and I specifically told the attendant I was going to pick it up on Sunday between 8 and 10 pm. He said "no problem". We arrived with our toddler and baby only to find out the garage was closed and no one was available to help us get our car because it was the weekend. Thankfully I had booked it with SpotHero and they were kind enough to help me solve the problem. After numerous calls they were able to get a hold of the manager and we could finally leave. They're not organized. Please avoid the hassle and just park somewhere else."
"THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE: It took us 2 hours, and never found a spot, to finally be proposed a refund They actually oversell and, even though you paid online and received confirmation, you will most likely not find a spot . that's what happed to us. When I called, the said, even though you paid, it's still first come first served... they will pretend they have other parkings and will keep transferring you from a place to another... It took us 2 hours, and never found a spot, to finally propose us a refund"
"We parked there for a 7-day cruise. This is not a self-park lot as described on the Premium Parking website/app. It's a parking with lifts. You have to leave your keys so they can move your car in and out. Unfortunately, they were not staffed properly and very disorganized. We waited more than an hour on the day we dropped the car (only one person working), as well as when we picked up the car (only two people working). The overall experience was very disappointing. A customer had a scratch on his BMW. If you have a big SUV, you have more risk of having damages. The parking slots are very tight. Plan ahead and have some buffer time. The best would be to park directly at the Brooklyn Port Cruise Terminal. Even if it is a bit more expensive, you will save time, and it's less risky. Also, note that getting an UBER or taxi out of the Port is challenging (long lineup, lots of traffic, taxi drivers prefer picking passengers for airport drop off/higher fares/longer rides)."
"Pre paid for parking at this location weeks in advance for a cruise. Went to the lot and was told they didn't have room and if I wanted to park I could pay an additional $50 a day onto of the $176 I already paid. This is not a garage. It's a set of car lifts. You have to leave keys with them if you do park so they can move the vehicles in and out. Multiple vehicles from the deck had been pulled out and left on the street."
