In fact, after they initially charged me for the size, they refunded it once they realized that I had already booked from their site. Nice!"

"We made reservations through 3rd party website for 15 days. When we arrived, they said that we have SUV and charged us 180.00 more. This is a scam since if you reserve directly they do not charge extra. We ended up paying good 400.00 for 15 days! Also pickup took 45 minutes. And if we called, they kept on saying it’s a minute away. Other parking spots are better with respect to cost and service. This is definitely our first and last time."

"I really wanted to love this place and recommend it to others, but I was extremely disappointed with my most recent experience. I booked two separate "stays" for my car over the span of two weeks. The first was a single overnight stay for a quick trip. The price was great, my car was in fine condition the next day, and the shuttle came to pick me up from the terminal within a reasonable amount of time. That was a promising enough experience to book a second trip which just concluded last night. The second trip is the reason I will never return to this business. On the way to the airport after dropping my car off, the drivers stopped for 5+ minutes to pick up lunch from a convenience store on the corner. Fortunately, we left enough time before our flight that this didn't cause us much stress, but for anyone on a tighter schedule, this highly unprofessional behavior could have been the difference between making and missing a flight. On the return, we waited 30 minutes to get picked up from the terminal. Our shuttle reeked of cigarettes and our driver didn't even get out of the car to load our suitcases into the van, so we did that ourselves. Once we got back to the lot, we got the keys quickly, but noticed that the driver's seat was fully reclined as if someone took a nap in the car and the phone clip on the vent had been adjusted to fit a different size phone. The steering wheel had some grime on it as well. This gave us a very icky vibe and we agreed to never use this business again. I understand that this is a budget lot, and sometimes you "get what you pay for", but we expected more decency and professionalism. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because of my first experience and the price. Otherwise, if you care about your car and your time, please pick a different lot."
