"Nope. Very unprofessional. They go by different names and other websites filter the reviews to look good. It's hard to even talk to these guys. You could be asking a question and it's like speaking to a brick wall, just flat out ignore you and yell at each other. We left our car with them for 3 weeks and upon picking up, they claimed they couldn't move our car because another one wouldn't start and needed to be jumped. They lied. It was our car that wouldn't start, because it STOPPED in the middle of traffic on the highway. We were stuck for hours and had to pay for a new battery. This is a new car bought in January, and the battery died in June after picking up? No. Just read the other reviews and you can figure our battery was swapped out."

"DO NOT PARK with them, if you want have your car safe avoid these guys. Besides there is an old black guy who is completely unprofessional with any clients that come to them, here is my history: Arrived in my car on a Friday morning, no place to be found, wrong address, had to drive around, still didn’t find it. Called the number, a guy very angry, probably the old guy answered saying someone would meet me and pick up my car, first red flag. I really wanted to leave at that moment, and you should leave immediately. I decided to trust. Wrong move. Came back on the following Tuesday, called them. Got the disrespect guy saying that I had to wait for them for 30 To 40 min. I asked if I could Uber , the Gus said there was no one there. At minute 35 I decided to call again, no answer. See the pickup truck pulling up( yes that’s their shuttle) come up to it, and see other customers getting picked up. Asked when they gonna pick me up, the old guy obviously driving and answering the calls, literally said I had to wait another 40 min. I told him I would Uber to the place. Got into the Uber +25$, business card they put address of a parking lot to pretend that’s them. It’s not. Got out and asked the parking lot attended. He said he didn’t have any idea who was them. Called them again, guy was furious and tolme to go to 147-07 Guy R Brewer, which is a weed shop (yes again, they run their business from there), arrived that and the old guy was looking for the paperwork, couldn’t find, was screening at us because we were asking where is my car. Looks like someone was driving my car around and they could not find the keys, a lot of others Reviews said they do take their cars. 3 hours later I was already about to call the police to make a stolen report, another guy arrived with my car. Bottom line, they will park your car on the street, there is no parking lot, they run their business from a weed shop, very but very unprofessional people. So do your self and family a favor do not go even near by that place. The cheap Will be so expensive."

"These people are garbage, Don’t book their services. They will make you late to your flight, the shuttle bus will never pick you up from the airport, i waited more than an hour i called the driver at 5:30am and i ended up picking my car up at 7:30am and it was because I ordered an uber, the driver would tell you that you have to wait with an attitude, they said they have parking lots but that’s a lie they keep the cars in the streets, they disconnected my two dashcams without permission, the business card they give have a fake address of another parking lot that has nothing to do with them. This is a scam, I’m literally calling my bank right now to get my money back! 0/10 literally don’t book these people."

"Everything was as expected for $10 per pay for a parking near the JFK airport. If you expected something extraordinary for that amount better found another place to park. On my own experience my car was parked on the street during our trip but it didn’t cause any damage or problems. Yes owner/employees could be more polite and give clients better time estimate of their arrival time."

There is NOT a lot to park… this is a grocery store that move your car in and out from street parking… Your car will be potentially able to get a parking ticket. This is not a registered company authorized to work as a parking lot. 100% irresponsible!"
