There was a mini fiasco for a moment there, when I thought they weren’t coming after waiting for 30 minutes and I was upset with the mechanic (so sorry! He was so professional still on the phone when I was upset. I hope he accepts my apology for the misunderstanding!) but then Jack appeared like a beacon of light. He saved my day, educated me on what could’ve been the cause of the issue, and had a very competitive rate for the service. I was up and running again in 5 minutes. Thank you, Jack!"
