"Visited this car wash for the first time on 5/18 because there was a long waiting line at Chamo's. Average and cheap car cash. Nice and friendly detailing workers. The guy in charge did a good job cleaning my Camaro's driver side, but the other washer guy scratched the passenger side several times with his rag/sponge when wiping my car with it (pictures attached and they look even worse in person). I know it was an accident and could have happened to anybody, but still I'm mad. They should be more careful with their rags/sponges, wash them better in between cars, and not use the same ones from the car before mine. Talked to the guy in charge after and showed him all the scratches and he just acknowledged them. Accident like this can be prevented. I SHOULD'VE WAITED IN LINE AT CHAMO'S."

"My local car wash for over 5 years. I have seen the major changes they made for improvement of customer service and I enjoyed the changes. The staff is quick and efficient. They ensure no spots are missed. Just hoping they will start a royalty program for frequent customers."
