"Had an 8a appointment for an oil change, mechanic doesn't arrive until 8:30a to open up. Was advised that they were out of oil and suggested that I come back after 11a. Sad thing is that I received an appointment reminder text from the service center. Guess good customer service and communication aren't important here. Didn't waste my time or money by returning."
