"Horrible. The shuttle bus comes every 30 minutes. You stand there as other services come multiple times. We were concerned that because we were waiting so long, the shuttle would fill up and we would have to wait for the next shuttle. Luckily this did not happen. Every seat was taken in the shuttle including the front seat next to the driver. We were like sardines. Then when I got home I received an erroneous charge of 20.68 to my credit card. There is no way to get in touch with them. No one answers the phone and the mail box is full. Avoid at all costs!"

"I used them last month for 7 days had a small wait to get picked up from airport when we came back but not awful. Car was fine the guy who dropped us off and picked us up was very nice. Take photos of your car the day you drop it off and just relax go on vacation people. Stop being mad because you waited 15 minutes for a van like it’s going to destroy your day my goodness. Some of these reviews are seriously ridiculously stupid. It’s a parking place you park they take you to the airport they bring you back you pay that’s it and go home."

"DO NOT LET YOUR CAR SIT IN THIS PARKING LOT!!! Most unprofessional and rude people ive ever encountered! My fiance and i went on a week long trip and came back to a scratch on my bumper, i have pictures of my car before i handed it off to them with proof that the scratch was not there and they proceeded to tell me that the damage was already there and basically told me “well see you in court” THEY ABSOLUTELY REFUSED TO SHOW ME THE “VIDEO” THEY HAVE OF MY CAR !!! which shouldnt even matter considering i have picture proof. NEVER i mean NEVER leave your car with these disgusting people & to top it off i had cockroaches INSIDE of my car with no food or anything left in it whatsoever"

"Waited 40 minutes for the shuttle back. If I was asked for my ticket number one more time, I swear… from call at the terminal to arrival at the car it was an hour. AVOID. See picture. Not worth the $5 discount."

"Avoid. Seems they only have 1 van. Watched other brands vans pass 2 or3x while waiting for these dudes. Shady parking location. long wait times for pickup at the terminals. They don't have steps for elderly ppl with bad knees so I literally had to lift an eldery stranger into the van along with an EWR worker... Driver didn't help or seen to care much. our in-laws also had to wait long when they arrived back from the trip a few days before us. Driver"
