"The parking attendant Javier just try to shake me down for $27.00 by claiming the credit machine did not work after I just stood there and watched him process the credit of the guy that was there before me. And after a whole half an hour of his rudeness and me having to call the police to get my car back all of a sudden he was able to get the credit card machine to work just before the police arrived."
