"This is the third car they’ve ruined after an oil change, but this time, I won’t stop until they’re shut down. My previous cars weren’t brand new, but this one is, and I haven’t even had it for a month. Not only did they overcharge me for an oil change which I gladly paid because I am willing to spend on my vehicle, but they messed it up too. I took it (my 2024 Integra so they will know who I am) in for its first oil change, and they completely messed it up. When I confronted them about it, they had the nerve to laugh in my face. This time, they’re not getting away with it. Count your days ‘Shiny car damagers’!! I wish I had the opportunity to give them zero star. I will update with pictures and receipts."

"My oil change always goes very smoothly. Quick in and out. But everytime I use my car wash voucher theres an issue. Today after 4 oil changes I used my first voucher and I feel like my car needs to be re washed. See for your self . Id honestly give away my voucher to someone else if it meant getting a half A$$ car wash like this."

"Saw reviews for the night service. Was definitely meaning to check it out and since I needed a wash. It was prwtty fast since there were no lines. Paid $12 in cash. I wanted a spot that had bird droppings cleaned and still had to clean it myself after. I didn't think to tell them to make sure it's clean there since you see the white droppings on my red car."

"Service not as advertised. Paid for an ultimate wash $33.99 plus tax. They never touched my dash board and told me my car was ready to go. When I brought it up to a worker with my reciept she the cashier, said "I dont know". After repeating myself to a worker outside, someone with a towel and an attitude walked over to wipe it down as if it bothered them to do their job. Gatorade in the refrigerator is marked $1.00 and the cashier refused to sell it to me at that price. Can sodas are marked $1.00 and are actually charged as advertised. She had an attitude and said we'll that's not the price. So I asked why are there 20 of them marked with "The wrong price" ? I asked for the manager and she ignored my request by rolling her eyes and turning her attention to her friend that was showing her something on her cellphone. Please see photos of the refrigerator.
