"Don’t use unless you want to get caught without your car. These people close at 11pm - no extensions. Imagine if your fly gets delayed and you can’t get your car. Very rude and inflexible. Additionally, Don’t take the chance of leaving your car here, place looks dodgy and not sure your insurers will pay you out if they damage your car. Use a 24h reputable parking for a few extra dollars per day and peace of mind."

"Experience was pleasant and smooth. Shuttle was ready to leave when we dropped our car off. When we returned, our car was clean and ready in front of the office. They have cameras and gates with locks, so the place seems pretty secure. Check your flight times before you reserve, since they're not open 24/7. Would park there again."

"I'm surprised by some of the sub-par service complaints .. but i suppose it differs for everyone. We had a great experience with Orom! We left our car there for a week, and the whole process ran smoothly. We were able to leave the car and take the shuttle to JFK within minutes of us arriving. Very responsive too, as we called a number of times to work around flight delays and ask other questions. We retrieved our car minutes upon arriving back, and it was conveniently parked up front and ready for us."

"A very small lot with great attendants. They took great care of my car and provided on-demand transportation to the terminal and back. They are not a 24 hour operation and when I suggested I might get there shortly after they closed they were willing to wait for me. Their rates are very reasonable and they provide significant discounts if you pay in cash. I will use them for all of my trips out of JFK. Update 4/8/17...Went online to reserve for another trip and noticed that their prices have significantly increased. There are plenty of other options in that area for significantly less. I have removed 2 stars from my review."
