"Just used ARB for an International flight. Price was very reasonable and service was fast. Dude driving us to the terminal is definitely an ex-Indy car driver. Monte Carlo drivers have nothing on him. But seriously, shuttle pick up when our flight landed was easy and fast. Only had to wait 15 minutes after getting through customs. Car was waiting at the front when we arrived at the lot by shuttle. No issues with the car."

"If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is a dump! Parking area is overcrowded Because it’s the size of a triangular piece of postage stamp. We had to leave our car on the street in hopes that they actually put it behind the chain-link fence and locked it up on their Meniscal overcrowded lot. We just arrived home and have been waiting for over 50 minutes to be picked up from the airport In the middle of the day when there wasn’t any traffic.) We called several times and the guy who answers was no help and rude. He just said,”Oh, OK, There’s traffic.” (Side note: read the other reviews this is their standard BS reason the give. Absolutely no traffic on the roads and the airport was empty in the middle of the day.) Once we were FINALLY picked up we had to sit in the shuttle with the driver who had the worst BO we have ever smelled. I don’t care how inexpensive this place might be, find something else!"

"So many issues with this place where to begin… when I parked I was charged an additional fee because I drive an SUV but ok I paid it then went to wait for the shuttle. Our group couldn’t fit in the van so we had to wait 30 mins for a van to pick us up. When we landed we called to let them know we needed pickup the first van that came was almost full so we couldn’t get on. The driver stated that another van would come shortly. After waiting 25 min we called the office and were told that there was a lot of traffic at the airport but they were on their way. (I have pictures showing clear lanes which proved otherwise) Another 20 min passed so I called the office again. The person was so rude he said that there was nothing we could do we just had to wait he also would not let me get a word in so I explained to him that he was unprofessional and the customer should be allowed to speak I was trying to explain that it was a big group and that they should send a single van to pick us up. So basically we were waiting an hour in the heat before another van showed up. The driver had such bad body odor that even the lady next to me asked what is that smell. Once we got to parking we grabbed our bags to get the hell out of there. The driving approached us insisting we give him a tip. Which because of their rudeness we did not. I will never use this place again. Very unorganized rude and unprofessional. Pictures attached below show no traffic."

"Bamboozled into extra fees because I used a card. Make sure you have cash to have lower fees that you originally booked at. Also there is no MS parking lot, you end up at ARB parking lot which I guess is run under the same people. Will keep ya posted on how my car is returned. Update: my car stank for some reason. But shuttle was fast and responsive. Probably won’t use this lot again"

"I get my car back and it’s filthy bugs all over it, my seat was laid back as if someone was hanging out in it, one of my wheels are curbed! Didn’t even mention my wheels were damaged. They try to make you post a review before you see the car. Please avoid!"
