"DRIVE YOUR CAR AROUND IN THE PARKING LOT BEFORE YOU LEAVE. They COMPLETELY broke the bumper off of my Car and BOTH of my BLINKERS do not work. As we were driving off, my car started to make a loud rattling sounds. Within less than 5 minutes we were back in the parking lot trying to file a claim because the car was NOT like this before we left. They would not let us file a claim because they don’t accept them after you leave the parking lot. I am EXTREMELY disappointed. They took ZERO responsibility and only God can take care of what is going on with their end. We told them to check the cameras, no response. Absolutely ridiculous service. UPDATE: we tried to get footage off of our dash cam, however they deleted 13 videos worth of footage."
"I was very pleased with their service. Online reservation was easy to use. When I arrived the day of my flight they took pictures of each vehicle before parking. The shuttles were clean and timely. When coming back I used the digital ticket they sent me via text to request a pickup and my truck was ready waiting for me. I was also able to pay my bill while taking the trip back to the parking lot."
"While it is convenient to have your car valeted and a shuttle to the airport, I believe it was not worth it. The employees failed to explain the process of parking and finding the shuttle. They were rude when we were attempting to get our keys back. They did not explain the payment options well either. While waiting to go to JFK, the shuttle took over 40 minutes to pick us up. The shuttle has four rows and it was very tight to get on. We almost missed our flight because they were not timely. When we came back from our trip, we had to wait 30 minutes for pickup. While their lot was sold out, they clearly were understaffed and were unorganized."
"We parked here Feb 16-22, 2024. When we returned our minivan's gas tank was completely empty (we had arrived with a full tank) and items were moved around in our vehicle. We were told to email the manager, Erick, which we did immediately. He responded 5 days later (after a 2nd email from us) saying he would look into it. Despite attempts to reach him again, we never heard anything. So we paid an additional $58 to park here and had the inconvenience of having to stop and get gas so we could get home. The manager could not be bothered to respond to our inquiries."
"I’ve parked here numerous times and have never had an issue, but on my most current stay, they damaged my car, not only did they fail to fess up and take responsibility, when I picked up my car it was ablsolutely filthy like they sprayed it with mud, and parked it real tight against another car at night, so I wouldn’t see the damage, I washed it the next morning to find the damage and contacted them immediately, the “manager” Erick stated since I left the lot with my dirty car at night and didn’t report it then and there they are not responsible. This is great way to treat your customers. You should be ashamed of your selves."
