"I was concerned about parking here as the reviews were mixed. We parked our SUV there for 4 nights the week between Christmas and New Years. Dropped off around 9pm on a Monday and picked up following Friday morning. Price was exactly what it was advertised it to be. No damage to car. I accidentally left my AirPods in my car in the case and they were still there upon pick up. Staff at dropoff and pickup were efficient and friendly enough. We would park here again."

"The attendants are always incredibly helpful and accommodating. I’ve both rented zip cars from here and parked overnight and they’re always so friendly and welcoming. The cost is higher than the free street parking, but that’s to be expected around New York! I highly recommend using this lot as it’s saved me a few times when the street parking is impossible."

"The bald head jamaican parking attendant needs to be fired! I rented a Zipcar from that garage for my nephew birthday and he told us the car was not there. So I sat on the bench across from the garage to call zip car to report the issue and as I was canceling to re reserve another vehicles he drives the car I reserved to the front parking space. It amazes me how people can be such jerks."

"An employee lied to me upfront when he told me that the rate per day would be something around 8 dollars. When I further queried him about the exact pricing he told me something like he couldn't possibly know the price but the computer would know about it at return. When I came back to pick up the car another employee showed me a poster displaying the exact prices per day and hour. Had to pay 25 dollars for 24 hour service which was 3x more than promised at beginning. Terrible experience, do not go there!"
