"Worth the price, it they can for sure work on a better system. This is the second time that I used them. The first time around it was self park system; my most recent time we have to leave the car in front of the trailer and leave the key with them so that they can park it. You usually never have to wait more than 15 minutes for a shuttle to come and get you for drop off or pickup, but we prepared for the guy on the phone to tell you 10-15 minutes. Drop off is simple, as tithe shuttle will drop you off to your terminal right in front of the airline that you’re flying on. When the driver drops you off, he tells you to meet in the same spot when you return from your trip. But that’s not really where you’re suppose to go. They send you a link for you to text when you get back from your trip. When you respond to it they will know to come get you. But it’s confusing because it’s not the actual same place. But when you call the parking lot the guy on the phone will tell you the correct spot. It’s annoying because the driver tells you to do level three door five. The response to link says something different, it says “Shuttle will pick you from Pickup Point # 7 at the same location Shuttle Droped you, Further For Terminal C Take Exit & Cross the street to pickup Point # 7” but that’s not where it dropped us off at. It’s VERY confusing. I posted a pic of where it is you need or stand because the sign is so small and very difficult to locate. Don’t wear nice shoes, when it’s raining it can be a mess as not all of the parking lot is paved. It’s graveled. One thing I didn’t like is that the driver was texting and driving with a van full of people in the airport. Very dangerous and shows lack of care or responsibility."

"Pros: 1. I got my car back in one piece. 2. Good price. Cons: 1. It was very confusing when I arrived. There was a long line/bunch of people, an office, and a whole lot of cars and no indication what to do. FYI, it's a "valet" style where you temporarily park near the office to check in and give them your keys to park your car. 2. The parking lot is full of very deep potholes. I was definitely nervous to leave my car with someone to park it. 3. I waited in line to get on the shuttle to the airport for 45 minutes. There were several van loads and I'm assuming they either don't have enough vans or don't have enough drivers. 4. On the way back from the airport, I requested a van and waited 35 minutes. There was a long line of people who had also requested a van. There was only enough room in the van if my daughter sat on my lap. Overall, I would not recommend unless you are willing to prepare for a lot of waiting. Between drop off and pick up, I spent at least an hour and a half waiting for a ride, for my car to be retrieved, in line to check in, etc. The price is nice but it was definitely a hassle."

"Parking was smooth and easy. You not only receive a paper ticket, but you also get a text containing a link that allows you to request a pickup upon your return. Shuttles ran frequently. You should not that in inclement weather, there is no shelter unless you wait inside the trailer where you drop your keys. Every staff member we encountered was courteous and efficient."

"I had a great experience here. Flawless shuttle pick ups both ways. It’s an unbeatable price in the area. Just have cash, know your terminal (not just airline), and save your ticket they give you. The people on my shuttles were unhinged while the staff was very laidback and nice. If traveling stresses you out then pick a more expensive lot. It’s very busy here."

"I wish I could give this a zero. My experience was terrible. After a trip to Las Vegas, I returned to find damage on my front bumper. When I inquired about it, I was completely dismissed. I strongly advise against using this place. If you don't mind your car getting damaged, then go ahead. Otherwise, avoid it. Terrible experience."
