"I was stranded at 12am, and needed a tow which AAA provided, and this shop is affiliated with AAA, it was nice to have vehicle towed there and left overnight, before opening I received a call from them and was able to inform of issue w/vehicle. They checked it and called back with an estimate for approval, it was fixed and haven't had an issue yet. They may seem a bit pricey, even with AAA Discount, but peace of mind factored in....... They are worth it."

"Rippoffs. So I go in for a power steering problem. I was told secure one covers the upper part of a steering shaft not the lower. This was the minimum fix I was told can be done, the photo with the $518 AND $1,980 circled . Additionally there other problems they say should be fixed while they're at it. Cat. Conv... Etc. These documents I received from them and the writing is theirs not mine. ------------- The bottom line: I refused them and towed my car elsewhere and told them the same thing. Power steering problem.... The last photo shows total price of the next mechanic at Ramos auto repair. $402.46 in which secure one covers $277.46. Leaving my final bill at $125."

"Extremely disappointed Asked for 2 degree camber in the front (I added adjustable arms). Did not listen to anything I said, just put it straight. When I asked him, where the camber he said he put it to zero, but I had asked for -2 degree. I would understand if they can’t do the job, but if they can’t do it why take it in the first place? Don’t come here these people don’t listen. They still charged me $100."
