"DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM NO MATTER HOW CHEAP! Worst experience I’ve ever had with a parking lot and I’ve been traveling for 30 years. Reservation was for 4:30am and I booked it 2 months in advance. It was super hard to find because it’s in the back of beyond and when we finally found it, the gates were locked and no one around. No one picked up the phone despite calling numerous times. We finally had to give up or else would have missed our flight. We had to park at long term and pay triple the amount reserved and barely made our flight. My father’s 80th birthday celebration trip with the entire family would have been ruined because of their negligence and complete lack of professionalism. Beware and stay away!"

"Whenever I came back to pick up the car, they charged more even I showed reservation paper. They added 3% credit card fee without explanation or notification."

"We have used Purchase Park 2 fly services for 3days. Pros: - valet parking was convenient, leave the car and we were off to the airport. - When returning the pickup service was timely and super quick. Cons: - location was not at all easy to find - lot of charges in the final bill not mentioned in the reservation - customer service agent who would arrange the pickup up on call, was very rude and not trying to listen and trust the customer. I would not use the service again."

"Horrible service. Representative hung up on me after I called him out on his lies. Where are all these good reviews coming from? I had to call 4 times before someone picked up. The instructions on the phone specifically said to wait at sign #7 outside of baggage claim. So we did only to see the shuttle on level 2 speeding away. When a representative finally picked up he said the bus was turning back around to get us. That was a complete lie. I understand if things are hectic but don't lie to me. Overall I am dissatisfied with this service. Ordering an uber probably would have made more sense considering how long I had to wait for this shuttle. I do not recommend. Avoid at all costs."

"I got miss guided by the reviews! The first problem I faced was location issues, on the GPS I end up getting into locked door and going around took me 10 minutes. Of course the shuttle was late 20 minutes. On the way back I waited 20 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up, then I had to wait with my kids outside for 30 minutes for the valet to get my car! Bottom line pay little extra for better service."
