"Do not park here, came back to pick my car up and it had a crack in the windshield. Alerted them right away the worker took pics and said I would get a call the following day. Sure enough no call back I’ve been getting the run around and so far haven’t got anywhere…. Be Careful and inspect your car throughly at pick up."

"Very good experience using this for Newark airport parking. Price was very reasonable. They shuttled us very quickly to the airport after dropping our car off. Pickup was easy - we just called once we were ready to go and someone was there in 10 minutes. Good and fast customer service, no problems with our car, no complaints about the shuttle. I would definitely use this lot again."

"Nightmare parking lot experience! I parked my car in this parking lot last week and it turned into a complete disaster. When I returned, I found my brand new car scratched throughout the passenger door, clearly damaged while parked for a few days. The attendant Alli and other workers’ response was absolutely dismissive and carelessly unhelpful, showing no concern for my predicament and took no responsibility at all. He said his manager will be contacting me with a solution but heard no response. I called multiple times to straighten this situation out and they keep saying the manager is out sick he will call you back and rushes me off the phone. It’s been 3 days, no call back. It's clear that they don’t care about customers and their vehicles. They have reckless drivers working here the ride to the airport itself was a roller coaster. You see the drivers park their customers vehicles way too aggressively. They advertise it’s self parking but when you get there they say that they have to park it themselves. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this parking lot at all costs. Not worth the $5 a day!"
