"A GREAT parking lot with very friendly staff. My car was put in a safe spot and had no issues from beginning to end. Hard to find a good parking lot/garage in NYC. I am very protective over my cars safety and I have no concerns keeping it here. I've parked my car over 10 times and every time its a great experience. THE BEST!"

"I utilize park whiz or spot hero often to find parking when I travel into the city or brooklyn. I booked this location it said secured and attended. I get to this lot and no one is around there is a little trailer and it says ring for assistance. I rang several times no answer. So I call the number on the door a woman answers who appears to be watching cameras. She says to me do you see the white car over there you can move the cones in front of the cars and park there. Now I never in my life had to do this at a parking garage. So I move the cones and this big orange almost like construction site cone to park. I park and then a woman comes out of the building behind the lot and tells me if I were you I would move your car. There are big trucks that turn this corner that's why the cones are there and you moved them. If I were you I would back up further and move as close to the fence as possible. I immediately get another phone call and the woman asks if I found my parking ok. I said someone is telling me to move is my car safe here. She says hold on I'm trying to see. She said the trucks aren't supposed to come at that time. She said my car was safe. I was in a rush to an appointment so I had to leave but I got back as soon as I could. No one was there again when I went to pick up my car and there was big truck parked pretty close to my car but luckily I was able to get out. The woman on the phone was nice enough but this was a horrible parking experience and I would not recommend. It is not secure or attended and apparently there must have been issues with the building behind the lot and their trucks that go through."

"They are 24-7 meaning you can park or retrieve your vehicle at any time, and no hassle. And the only 24-hr lot in town. Yes, as with many businesses, there was a staff gap when the 24-hr guy was out. But that’s the beauty of it, they have cameras literally everywhere, you can open the gate, get your car, and get out in like 5 mins. They never block your car and you get to keep your keys. It’s like parking at a friend’s house. And if you take care of the closed gate yourself, guess what, less time and NO TIP!!. I live in this area and there has never been a break in to one car at that lot. So many concerts /clubs here, you can park and keep your keys and leave when you want. The easiest thing I’ve ever seen. A lot of spray paint tags everywhere else, but not in this camera covered lot!!!! And the only 24-hr lit in town!!!"

"I am a normal at luxury green parking they are 24/7 at times they close the gate due to safety but will give you access when calling .I visit when going too Brooklyn mirage great customer service the tenants are always so polite and just overall great parking garage I feel safe when parking with them thanks luxury green parking for always being available 24/7"
