"I park at SNAP at least 5-6 times a year and it's always convenient and reliable. Usually takes no more than 10 or 15 mins from the time you pull into the lot to being dropped off by the shuttle at your terminal."

Be careful with the phone number you call for pick up and make sure to wait until the end after the instructions are given to reach the operator. Do not do the car wash, huge rip off. Did it today. Paid for exterior and interior. They washed the floor mats but did not run a vacuum at all. Spend that money down the street at Zapp. After my post SNAP immediately reached out and provided a credit for the value of the vacuum. Based on this unexpected response I revised my review to provide 4 stars."
