"I set an appointment online (the only way one can) for 11/17/23, got confirmation, and a reminder. I showed up for it, and the shop was closed. Mind you, this is mid-day on a Fridqt. I called the number on the site, and it first rang a couple times, and then no answer, after it would ring just once, and then off to voicemail. No call back, no contact, just a simple waste of time."

"Compared to the reviews below, I didn’t have the same experience. A friend of mine who’s a local recommended them to me, as I needed a serious detail on my car. This was August 23rd 2020. I checked out their Instagram, based on their website reviews I went ahead and scheduled my appointment online, as it was the only way to book. I went ahead and booked for 2:30 on Sunday. When I arrived, the guys working seemed confused to why I was there. I received a text reminder from their online booking system 2 hours before my appointment so I was confused too. They told me they don’t work Sundays, yet their online booking didn’t inform or block out Sunday appointments ?? Anyways they were kind enough to still take my car in. I asked for their deluxe package which was a clean on both interior and exterior. The description of what is included is on their IG page as reference. I also needed a scratch removed which was an extra $50. The guy who was going to clean my car texted me moments later and told me it would cost $300 because of the “condition” basically the platinum package which is $250. Now granted, I didn’t leave garbage or anything hectic behind so that stunned me a bit. I hesitated but then again I came in on a day they weren't doing washes (they should have made it more clear since their IG page didn’t provide business days or times) I come back and at first I’m pleased yet after further inspection later on, the guy seemed to do a poorly and quick job. He didn’t even clean the cupboards, it seemed like just a vacuum job. My rugs weren’t shampooed either which made this entirely worse and he barely put effort on my rims. My trunk was the same exact way, untouched. It was disappointing because I felt robbed of my own money. $300 down the drain for poor detailing work.. Tried leaving a review on their website but the ADMIN CAN CONTROL WHAT REVIEWS ARE PUBLISHED!!!! I felt really betrayed because the reviews made it seem like such a great detailing spot, but in reality it lacked any sense of professionalism. I would have rather them tell me a different day then taking it in and basically doing nothing."

"I found these guys when they first started out , literally detailing outside. I was skeptical, but I had an appointment and wasn’t going to just cancel. Well fast forward 3 months later and my truck and girls Jeep has not been to any other wash. The crew goes above and beyond and they go over every little detail even on a basic exterior wash. Great atmosphere, good vibes, and even better washes. A bunch of car guys that take care of your vehicles like it’s their own. Many more blessings to the crew and a sincere thank you for always getting the truck right when I need it. 10/10 will always recommend."

"Best detailing car wash in Jersey city. They went above and beyond making sure my car was absolutely clean in and out. My car looks like as if i just bought it off the lot. "I have had my car for three years and no one has EVER detailed my car like this group right here! as i watched them nearly press there face against the car looking for the smallest imperfections was when i realized this place means business! no one pays attention to detail like they do and i’m so grateful for the hard work they do. They go into the car with masks and gloves which just gives a sense of safety and security and to make things better they are nothing but friendly and conversational which makes the wait COMPLETELY worth it.
