"Absolutely horrible service. Paid $4000 to have a new transmission installed on my car. From the day I received the car back it had a performance problem it did not have prior to this transmission install. Brought the car back 3 weeks after the install. They test drove it and saw there was a problem and did nothing to fix it. Fast forward and I started having more issues. Brought the car back a 2nd time. They told me my transfer case was leaking and needed to be replaced. They quoted me $1300 for this. Found this to be questionable when a transfer case costs over $2000 just for the part. I took my car to another mechanic who fixed the leak which was from a valve that cost me no more than $360 to replace and they stated nothing was wrong with the transfer case. Although the issue got better it never went away. Took the car to another transmission shop who test drove the car and stated it seemed like there was an issue with the transmission. I brought my car back for a 3rd time for these people to once again do nothing to fix and was rude and openly admitted to not wanting to fix my car. I will never do business with this location again. I would recommend anyone spending that type of money should go to a business that values their customers because this place certainly does not."
