"Rude and power tripping employees. Very sketchy also. Make sure all loose belongings are out of the vehicle before parking here. Employees have no integrity and definitely seem to be the type to take loose bills etc out of your car while you are gone."

"There was an African man ( refused to give me his name. ) on 4/7/24 at 8:45am who was horrible, Zip cars allow you to take the car 15 mins ahead of time, however he raise his voice arguing that I had to wait, and he would go up at 9 AM. It wasn’t until I called Zipcar that he complied and got the car after us waiting 10 minutes.. His coworker told him I was correct, but he did not comply until the phone call was made. Upon return, I requested his name and he refused to give it to me and proceeded to argue about why I should not call. The only reason this has any stars is because his coworker, who was a Latino descent was very obliging polite, and tried to and getting a resolve for all parties."

"I only parked here once so far but my experience couldn’t have gone any more smoothly than it did. Quick and proficient service from the staff and even received a “have a good night” from the gentleman. Can’t ask for more than that. I will use this garage again for sure! Edit:it’s been 3 different times I’ve used this garage now! The workers were nice enough guys, handled their business, took care of my car and all had manners so I have nothing negative to say!"

"Pull in at 09:30 for the early bird special. Attendant wants to charge “EXTRA $7.00” for large vehicle. I have a Subaru Ascent and all other garages charge standard rate. This place is a scam and I left for another garage for regular early bird special which was $25.00."

"Sketchy, paid for parking until midnight but when I dropped off my car they said can “we close at 11:45” even though the sign literally says 6:00am to midnight and I had already paid. I said that would be fine, but then while i was getting out of the car, they wanted me to be there by 11:20 “for security purposes,” excuse me?? what kind of weird threat is that. never parking here again."
