"We parked for a few days. The first attendant was not clear on the real cost. Very high, despite the Sohotel discount. When we picked up the car and asked for a clarification, the attendant in duty became very aggressive and unprofessional. I felt threatened. Completely unacceptable. The car was scratched while parked there."

"Witnessed a parking attendant try to park horribly into one of the bay. Heard a scraping sound and turned to look. The wheel rim of the car touched right onto the rail of the lift. Very minor probably go unnoticed if anything. When he heard it he backed out and tried to readjust. This time he pulled in, the wheel was on the rail like you slightly jumped into a low curb and he turned to straighten out and you could hear the metal on metal for 2-3 seconds. With still 2-3 feet of car to pull up into the lift he ignored other sounds. Dude just kept going the few inches of bad alignment while the rims squeaked into place. I can’t speak for other lots but after seeing this I can’t recommend this spot on merit. I can only recommend you dashcam car check your rims for scuffs too if you leaving your car here."

"DO NOT PARK HERE!! We came to park here as instructed from the Off Soho Suites Hotel (really great experience at the hotel) but you’re supposed to get a discount at the parking lot if you are a hotel guest. A stamp is required from the hotel at check out for the discount but the person at the parking lot refused to give it to us even with proof of the hotel stay AND the stamp was on the parking ticket but he claimed he “couldn’t see it” and literally pointed at the stamp LOL They were incredibly rude!! Not to mention we are paying USD and converting to CAD… $$$$. $58 USD = $76 CAD for LESS than 24 hours of parking. It was 19 hours to be exact! :)"

"Not bad in terms of busy parking lots. Hydraulic stacks four cars tall (maybe more). The attendant is helpful. Pricing is fair given the hassle of streetside parking in this area."

"Very convenient location. Great for downtown events. Park here for Little Italy or Chinatown visit. There are tons of great restaurants near by. It is very close to Broadway shoppings too. Spring Street and Mulberry St are great for shopping also."
