SP+ Parking 8 Spruce Street, Manhattan, New York 10038

"Oct 21 23, The outrageous price of $60 for 3 hours. (Left it at 9:30 came back at 12:30ish), and the attendant that returned my car that was borderline racing it reminded me why I hate these parking lots so much. The rates need to be clarified, there was another lady there complaining about an $80 dollar charge and when she pointed out the signs at the entrance state a different rate she was being charged at the attendant simply stated, "those signs are wrong". Last I understood that is false advertisement and I'm pretty sure it's frowned upon by NYC Gov. Please, save yourself the trouble. Leave your house with enough time, do whatever you can but please avoid all +SP Parkings, including this one."

"My husband and I have a tesla and every time( at of late) it is a problem to get my car back, the attendants have a problem with the car key, yesterday my car -the key was broken, and of course, Maria( manager)is nowhere around to address the issue. On the website, you can't file a claim; this is terrible."

"I have been occasionally driving in when the covid numbers are too high for the subways. This garage has the best early bird price I have found near my office. The attendants are friendly, professional, and often remember me from past visits. There is usually a long wait/line to get in starting at 7am there, but unlike another reviewer, I have not heard horns from waiting cars."

"I Pulled in this morning at 8:58 AM. The early bird special requires that your ticket state 9:00 AM or earlier, there is no grace period. By the time the attendant got to me it was 9:05 and since he spoke no English, he could not understand why I needed the ticket adjusted. I got so frustrated, I pulled out and went to another garage! The woman behind me ...complained of same issue!!- since then I spoke with Maria from mgt. She was very understanding, professional and will rectify the situation. I believe in second chances and will be returning!"
