"i told them i was picking up my car at 4am and when I got back the garage was closed and they wouldn’t answer my calls, hoping I didn’t just get my car stolen."
"I've parked there for two years, always great service. Much nicer staff than other NYC valet parking garages, always quick and friendly. No scratches (so far). They even jump started my car when I left the interior light on."
"poor customer service, willing to waste your time, barely speak english, don't know how to handle all cars safely, miscommunicates rates, unwilling to honor price given at drop off. i was told a price for 48 hours, which wasn't listed on the sign, and on pickup after 35 hours, they tried to charge 50% more than i was quoted. instead of honoring the price, the manager and supervisor argued with me and each other for over an hour, over 4 phone calls with the supervisor, unwilling to return my car to me, ready to keep it indefinitely, telling me the attendant at drop off cant tell me a rate, until eventually they were unhappy to honor the rate. i wouldve parked for a shorter time had i been communicated the higher rate originally. they claimed to know to cycle glow plugs on a diesel car before starting the engine, but sure enough when picking up, they didn't cycle, and just cranked the engine until it turned over, not a good way to start it. it seems they would rather not honor a price, have poor customer service, have bad reviews and less customers. - extended details: the signs list the price for 24 hours, $19, so when i asked what the price was for over 24 hours, he said up to 48 hours is $30, made sense to me because the longer you are parked, the less it is per hour, it's about a $4 increase from 10 hours to 24 hours. when i go to pick it up, after 35 hours, they tell me it's $42. i explained to them that's not what i was told, but the manager insisted the price is the price. i had based the length of my stay at the garage on the $21-$30 price, and would have picked it up earlier if i knew it would be $42. he argued with me instead of honoring the price i was given, saying the attendant can't tell me the price, the price is what's listed, even though there's nothing listed between 24 hrs and 1 month. i called the corporate office, all they could do was give me the supervisors's number. the supervisor argued with the manager over 4 phone calls, who continued to argue with me, for over an hour. they chose to argue and repeatedly tell me the $42 price instead of honor the price i was told straight away, offer good customer service, and retain a potential repeat customer."
"Will not park there again, I was promised repeatedly by the valet that my Tesla would be plugged in and charged. The gentleman didn't seem to understand English or wasn't capable of comprehending and honestly answering a question. I'm grateful I got my car back without any damage but wasn't pleased that I was lied to. Another gentleman from same garage said that he doesn't know why the valet attendant did not plug in my Tesla. There was another garage just down the road that supported electric charging, I would have gone there if he had just told he was not going to charge the car"
