"The guys that work at the garage are wonderful. Hard workers, professional, always seem more than happy to help. However, customer service is a nightmare to interact with. I was charged twice my first month and called customer service, the man was so rude to me, acted like the extra fee was my fault. The conversation with him was so unintelligible that it completely left me baffled. Still never received a refund which is very frustrating. Only park here because the men that work at this location are so lovely."
