"Reserved for 2 hours. Showed up 5 mins before our time ended. Waited in line for 15 -20mins and got charged another 10 dollars extra for “13 mins” over time. How is it our fault that you are running behind with parking & returning vehicles?"

"This place sucked there was no communication. They were definitely under staffed. We had a reservation but we waited for a good 20mins and by the time they got to us (because they were moving the cars out of the lot first) there was 4 cars behind us."

"I’ve pretty much never post a negative review, but I’m going to in this instance. I’ve never had as rude of an interaction as I just did here. The attendant was so unnecessarily rude. Also, the place says it’s open until midnight but he told me I couldn’t park there because they’d be closing in a half an hour (which is earlier than 12). It’s just not that hard to be nice. I really think this attendant should be made aware that it’s not appropriate to act that way towards people."

"Who leaves a review of a parking garage? Only someone who had a bad experience. Well here is a refreshing change… I have parked here monthly since 2020. Every attendant works hard and is honest. Instead of parking without asking the hourly, why not get the rate before you park. That way, if you can’t afford it you don’t have to cause a scene by threatening to leave without paying. Instead of assuming the lot is 24 hours, why not look at the posted signs that clearly indicate it closes at midnight. Seriously entitled people be leaving reviews. Get a life. I love garage and the attendants are amazing."

"TLDR - workers will scam you and this may be a dangerous garage for anyone parking alone. As people have mentioned, the workers of this garage will try to scam you. They look at the car you have and make up some reason as to why you have to pay them more than the price that is posted very clearly at the entrance. When we exited our vehicle to give them the keys, the workers of the garage told us we had to pay $37 because it’s the weekend (notice the prices listed don’t have weekend prices). When we told them that we didn’t like the price and we would leave they told us we had to pay even if we left. I told them we would not pay and we were leaving, they threatened to call the cops on us and lock us in. Very dangerous and scary, and am glad I was not alone when this happened, I am not sure what they would have done. After some arguing, they finally lowered the price to $17, which is still more than the price listed but we just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible."
