"If you want to fast charge your car, don't go here. EVConnect chargers stop after 5-10 minutes. Total scam"
"Apparently there's no class Tesla Chargers in Manhattan do they have them in other parking lot but you have to leave your car with them and I forgot my Tesla key card so I have to find a parking lot that allows me to park it myself. I try to use the DC 150 kilowatts but only at 41.. it's supposed to accept my credit card but that didn't work so I had to download my app it took me 20 minutes just to figure everything out but it started working... I wish I could put some more fast Chargers independent Tesla charged around the city I don't think I'll buy any other electric cars why can't you imagine driving I'm looking for these things"
"Parking rate is ok but the machine is not working and staffs there is rude, told me that since you want to use cash, pay to the person in the box. Only good if street parking are full, but too bad, it's always full and so, got to park here, at least don't have to wait for valet to get your car."
"Office staff very rude. I went to self pay and this guy came out and said pay when you leave so I asked if the machine was broken that’s when he went off on me and said why you ask if it’s broken I said pay when you leave, why you have to ask questions just do as I say etc…. I then said that I will report him for being hostile to a customer asking a question. He just went off. I was about to call the police when he became hostile. Very rude. He should just retire or will be arrested next time for being hostile"
"Very good but often full. We need more of this nearby and more chargers. TLC needs a better system for their drivers."
