"Go somewhere else for a carwash! They do a sloppy rush job and barely clean the cars!!! My car is dirty after the wash, the matts and seats are barely vacuumed, theres dirt sitting right here on the floor and they missed it! They dont clean the cupholders, or literally any dirt inside. Its like they didnt clean the interior at all. Trunk unvacuumed as well. They do a fast sloppy wipe down of the outside of the car and leave dirt everywhere too. The workers are nasty and ignore you, theres so many guys working there that just stand around. I asked one of them to wipe down the door again and he said he couldnt and walked away"

"I usually avoid writing negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience with this car wash service due to the careless and poor service I received. After having my car washed, I didn't notice anything amiss until I got home and discovered that the gas tank door was missing. This kind of oversight is unacceptable, and I hope the business takes steps to improve their service quality."

"I been coming over this service carwash station for over 15 years I do all my services for both of my vehicles the staff including the counter rep are always helpful and professional. I had an expired free carwash that I haven't used in a few weeks, The Spanish woman at the counter whom I never seen before was very rude and disrespectful when I asked if there would be a problem, when I asked to speak to a supervisor she lied and told me there were none and that she didn't know who was the manager when I informed her every business has a manager she shrugs and went back to her cell phone call it appear she was upset. To avoid any further confrontation I went ahead and paid $31 for car wash then I went and asked around for a supervisor, I was able to locate a middle eastern gentleman who appear to be the supervisor about the situation, then went back and informed him about the counter rep. poor attitude, the supervisor walk me over to the counter to what appear to be to take care of the problem instead the woman became more angry and argumentaI when she saw him, she falsy claim that I accused her of losing the sale receipt which I didn't my complaint was about her bad attitude and customer service skill, either way, I will no longer be patronizing or do business with this Car Wash. This disrespectful employee and a supervisor who did nothing to quell the situation but allowed it to continue. Becareful patronizing this station and make sure your careful with dealing with this rep. If she's that dishonest imagine how she's the receptionist represents the entire Staff. As for the service over the years it has deteriorated and overpriced the quality of the cleaning is very basic even though I paid for full service, that's what they have the free car wash and it's still dirty. What ever happen to to this service station? what ever happened to courtesy and respect for customer?!."

"Here's some pictures of my car right after the car wash. Theres still bird poop mark all over the place. I went to complain to the lady but she said bird poops aren't supposed to come off on car washes, except I have NEVER had issues with that before with any other car washes. Yeah save yourself some stress and go get your car washed at some other REAL car wash places."
