"DO NOT FALL FOR THE ENGINE FLUSH SCAM!!! I REPEAT, DO NOT FALL FOR THE ENGINE FLUSH SCAM! I’ve been coming to this place for years and recently made the biggest mistake ever to agree to an engine flush due to “dirty oil”. For reference my car is a 2005 with over 100k miles. I’ve had this car for over a year and not one issue has come up until after this engine flush. A day after the flush my check engine light comes on, my car starts shivering and eventually completely locks up while I’m driving! Luckily, I was near a mechanic shop that was able to correct the issue, obviously for a cost. When I called Imperial to voice the complaint I was responded to with hostility from the manager on duty and basically called stupid for not knowing how an engine works. I do not recommend this place at all unless you’re looking to get scammed into paying for extra services. If you go for an oil change here, do not agree to an engine flush unless you know for sure your car could handle it. (Even though the mechanic working on your car should be able to be honest if he thinks it’s a good idea or not). Very disappointed in the reaction I received after being a customer for 10 years. I expected more from a place that deals with Bentleys and other expensive cars on a daily basis."

"I got a car wash and paid $35 and it looks exactly the same. There’s crumbs everywhere and smudges everywhere. Even the outside still has smudges as seen on my mirror , i wiped a little with my finger to make sure it was dirt and it would only take one simple wipe to clean it up meaning it was not even touched"

"I have been coming to this car wash for about 4 years and the last couple of times I have been getting a mediocre wash. Today I paid $48 for full service and this is how they left my car. I told them I paid to get car cleaned not to leave with it dirty and they laughed. They are sloppy and won’t even clean your car. Waste of money! Never giving them my money again."

"Everyone is extremely friendly, quick service from oil changes, car wash, detailed hand wash. You can choose to use brushes or hand wash towels inside of the wash when you bring your car / truck in. I never use brushes on my truck, straight hand wash only! They do fit oversize tires inside the wash, my truck has 35x12.50x20. This spot I do recommend."
