"First off ,they explicitly told me a much lower rate when I first come in and I'm like ok cool ,I tell the guy to not move my seat because the seat has problems I gave em a tip just to not move it . I come back it turns out it's a mid size rate instead of original they told me ,also the seat was moved and now I have to goto a mechanic to fix it knowing I told them and it doesn't work at all . Couldn't find the guy I originally dealt with to ask what happened , major idiots that work here ,we all got a job but do the right thing and don't scam the people that do right by you in the first place ."

"None of the parking garages in this area have great ratings or reviews, but I'm certain none are worse than this one. Literally use any other parking garage but this one. I wish I could give zero stars - they supposedly partner with the dental office at the same address - however they did not accept the validated ticket and charged us full price for 1 hour when we were there for about 20 minutes and told it would be free for up to 2 hours. We disputed the charge immediately with the business before leaving and the workers, who seemed not to (or acted as if they did not) understand basic English pointed us to the sign and refused to refund us. They should all be fired, and I wouldn't be surprised if this is some sort of illegal operation altogether. Additionally, when I called back today prior to a follow up appointment, they claimed we were charged a large vehicle fee, valued at about $10. This could not have been the case as we charged over $20, they never stated there would be a large vehicle fee the day of, and the car is a Sedan (not large at all) - both businesses have refused to refund. I called today thinking that someone who answered the phone might be reasonable, look up the receipt and refund the charge - instead, the man on the phone was incredibly evasive, requiring the date (which I stated 3x) the time, the receipt number, then he questioned me as to why we waited so long to address this after I had already stated that we disputed the charge the same day and were stonewalled. He was clearly trying to find any excuse as to how this could be our fault, or why the charge would be valid. The man on the phone stated that everyone in the garage knows how to handle the validated tickets and audaciously came to the decision that he did not BELIEVE that we received a validation sticker. We were told that they were not responsible for the refund, and that we can call the dentist's office or dispute it with the bank. Obviously, we have done so, and needless to say - we will never be going back."

"I called to inquire about monthly parking rates and recieved the worst customer service. The man either couldn't understand what I was asking or didn't want to be bothered with the call. He hung up and when I called back he didn't answer. Needless to say and by judging by my experience of just trying to get a price quote, this may not be the best place to park my car."

"I was kind of worried about this parking place looking at the bad reviews but I had zero complaints. It was the closest parking garage for jury duty at the court house. I left loose change such as dollars to see if they would open the glove box, or take the money from the center console which they did not. The person taking and valeting my car was very polite and quick to take the keys. When I got back, picking up my car had no wait time and was a very quick process. Parking is only 23 USD for 10 hours, perfect for the time if you have jury duty across the street."

"They don't even deserve one star. They are thieves!!! Stole a valuable right out of my car. I did not notice until I left and when I returned I was told that the only way I can open a "claim" is if it were done before I left when I had picked up the car. But honestly, who expects employees who are supposed to be professional to steal???? Never ever going back again."
