"Staff does not communicate with one another, I spoke to a manager by the name of Miguel, who is terrible for the business longevity! He will not honor any online booking prices and/or bookings via applications. He will then make a shady attempt to NEGOTIATE a price on top of the price you've already paid via online/app. In the attempt of an frustrating back and forth he then offered to charge half of his original extra fee, which he later revoked again due a statement he made "regarding future bookments" and my reply was respectably informing him know "I don't think we will conduct future business, this was an unpleasant transaction" I was charged double the amount because I arrived 1 minute early, and the morning staff ensured that I would face no issues during pick-up time. Specifically mentioned placing ticket on window and letting night crew know I will show receipt from online booking. Price and promise were not honored. They simply will find any reason to overcharge. Again, I was charged DOUBLE for being checked in LITERALLY 60 SECONDS EARLY, NOT LATE- EARLY. When asked if I should enter my vehicle and come back when it was time- staff ensured me it was ok, not to worry! Terrible experience, it sucks dealing with people that simply want to take advantage, you know? Just overrall an unfair as well as unsettling experience to deal with. 0/10 would NEVER recommend. First and last for me. Felt like a scam. !!!!!! Go to 108-20 71st Ave - Valet Garage !!!!! That is my usual choice! they're friendly, offer great customer service, and don't make a weird attempt to overcharge you for ridiculous reasons. They're straightforward, if anything helpful. My car was once expeircing some noisy mechanical issues, and he was able to offer me advice on what the problem was. Super nice staffing there!- A bit extra in cost, but obviously worth it, you get what you pay for"
